Madeleine L. (Hopkins) Reynolds of Dale Avenue, beloved wife of Henry P. Reynolds, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2008 at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center Providence.

Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Lillian (Black) Reynolds.

Mrs. Reynolds was a correspondent for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company of Warwick where she worked for ten years prior to her retirement.

Madeleine and Henry were married for 68 years enjoying many rounds of golf.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Michael and his wife Mary Lou, her granddaughter, Michaela and grandson, Mitchel of Warwick, her daughter Susan and her husband Robert Maciel of Reading, MA, her grandson Jason Ayers and his wife Melissa of Portland, ME, and two great grandchildren, Riaen and Kaylee.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 10am in Saint Matthew Church, Elmwood Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery. Visiting hours respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Care of RI, 169 George St., Pawtucket, RI 02860, would be appreciated.
