Eva (Modelski) Forrest, 93, of Hillcrest Village, Leander Street, died peacefully at home. A lifelong resident of Providence, she was the wife of the late Henry Peter Forrest. She was a dietary aide at Roger Williams Medical Center before retiring in 1980. She was a former volunteer for Women & Infants Hospital and the former secretary of the Hillcrest Village Violet Hill Club. She is survived by three sons, Edward and William Forrest of Providence and Raymond and his wife Jo-Ann of North Providence.. The funeral will be held Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 8:30am in the HOEY-ARPIN-WILLIAMS-KING Funeral Home, 168 Academy Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in Saint Teresa Church, Manton Avenue, Providence. Burial will be in Saint Ann Cemetery, Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation Saturday 8:30am – 9:30am, prior to the mass.
